About Me
Hello! I'm Simeon Wright.
Creating avenues to improve the lives of youth impacted by institutional disparities has fueled my need to transition into software engineering. Over the past 8 years, I have dedicated myself to bringing change through community service. I devote my free time to volunteering with youth organizations and becoming an effective leader, project manager, communicator, and team player. Recently, I have been working with a nonprofit and a local library to create a program that exposes technology skills that are not currently offered in public school districts. As a software engineer, my goal is to continue building digital products that are socially just and inclusive. I am committed to lifelong learning, my determination is non-negotiable, and I am confident that I would be a great addition to your engineering team.
